Received the 5 MT Nonpareil shipment today. Our internal QC is showing broken % at 3.4 — your invoice declared ≤1.5. Please review and respond. We need this for a Diwali confectionery run.

(Internal note) Retained sample shows 2.1% broken — closer to buyer's reading than the released QC. Likely settling damage in transit. Recommend partial credit or replacement of 500 kg.
