WhatsApp / push / email feed scoped to your role. Tap to mark read; new alerts arrive when actions fire.

Persona-aware home: trader sees GMV, vendor sees orders to fulfil, buyer sees lots to track.

Transaction visibility

Every PO, GST invoice, E-way bill and shipment milestone — with progress bar and ETA.

Live demo loop

Tap Marketplace → tap any lot → tap Place order — a new PO appears in the Orders tab.
Tap the new order → Share tracking on WhatsApp — fresh alert appears in the Alerts tab and the desktop bell.
Tap Me → switch to Vendor — the same order shows up under "Orders to fulfil".
Open the desktop /orders page — the order is there too. One store, two surfaces.
